Queen has recently been listed (without our knowledge) on websites which advertise freebies. Unfortunately, we can only send free samples to genuine enquiries from people with sensitive skin. If you have sensitive skin and would like to try before you buy, please telephone us on 01342 312 739 or write to us with your name and address and with a little description about your skin type or sensitive skin condition so we can send you the right product sample. Our address is: Bulrushes Farm, Coombe Hill Road, East Grinstead, West Sussex, RH19 4LZ.

We reserve the right not to fulfil requests we believe have come from freebie-hunter sites. In addition, we only have a certain number of samples available each month and are limited to one per person. If you would like to purchase our trial sizes, please do so by clicking here.

We apologise that we can't send samples of make-up, except for Tinted Foundation Cream and Translucent Face Powder. We offer a full money-back guarantee if you find you react to our make-up. We require that products are returned (we have a freepost address so there is no postal cost).

Organic products coming soon
If you are seeking a range of products which use only natural or organic ingredients but which are also suitable for sensitive skin (i.e. not packed full of essential oils and other extracts), please do contact us. We are currently developing these products and would be pleased to supply you with samples as part of our product trialling. We hope to have these products on sale later this year.

Sensiderma Cold Cream and Sensiderma Foundation Cream available now
Sensiderma Cold Cream and Sensiderma Foundation Cream are now available in our online shop. These are two classic Queen products which have been included in our Sensiderma range for dry and/or mature skin. Sensiderma Cold Cream is the most delicious product - cool, creamy and soothing. The original cleanser, it removes make-up gently and effectively but it can also be used as an all-in-one cleanser and moisturiser. Sensiderma Foundation Cream is fabulous for those who don't like or need (lucky you!) to wear a coloured foundation or want to make their coloured foundation last longer. A colourless cream, it provides a smooth, matt base for blusher or face powder or can be used alone to leave your complexion supple and glowing.
