Delivery charges and times

Our delivery (postage and packing or P&P) charges and usual despatch and delivery times are detailed below. Please view our Terms & Conditions to see our cancellation and returns/refunds policy.

Dispatch

We always work to process and dispatch orders placed before 1pm Monday-Friday on the same day. We apologise that we cannot guarantee that orders placed after this time will be dispatched the same day but we do try to ensure they are. If not, they will be sent the following working day. Please do notify us if you haven’t received your order within three working days as this is unusual.

Christmas 2011

We will be open and taking orders until and including Thursday 22nd December. The last day for dispatch, however, will be Wednesday 21st December but please note that delivery will obviously rely on Royal Mail services. We will offer next day delivery (via Royal Mail) up until 1pm Wednesday 21st December. We will be open from 28-30th December with a small staff. We will respond to all messages if we are unable to take your call so please do leave your contact details. UK & Northern Ireland & Channel Islands - Standard Service

Postage & packing is free on orders over £20.00 within the UK and Northern Ireland.

On orders below £20.00, P&P is charged according to the weight of the order which is automatically calculated at checkout.

Delivery time within the UK and Northern Ireland is 2-3 working days. Our average delivery time is 2 days.

UK - Next Day Service

Orders will be sent by Royal Mail guaranteed next-day by 1pm delivery. This applies to orders placed before 1pm Monday-Thursday*. While we always try to process orders placed after 1pm, it is not always possible so please be aware that if your order is placed after 1pm it may not arrive the next day in which case you may prefer to choose standard delivery.

* Please note that we do not offer a Saturday delivery service on next-day deliveries so orders placed on a Friday will be delivered on Monday (which may be the same as the normal postal service).

Please do bear in mind that next day deliveries can arrive any time between 9am-1pm and a signature is required. This means that someone needs to be available to receive the package or instructions should be left as to where the package should be left. If no-one is available, the courier will endeavour to deliver the package the following day.

Republic of Ireland & Europe

P&P is calculated according to the weight of the order. The maximum charge (for orders up to 1kg) is £10.00.

Delivery time is 2-3 working days.

Rest of the World

P&P is calculated according to the weight of the order. The maximum charge (for orders up to 1kg) is £15.00.

Delivery time is 5-7 working days.
