Delivery charges and times

Our delivery (postage and packing or P&P) charges and usual despatch and delivery times are detailed below. Please view our Terms & Conditions to see our cancellation and returns/refunds policy.

Despatch

We always work to process and despatch orders placed before 1pm Monday-Friday on the same day. We apologise that we cannot guarantee that orders placed after this time will be despatched the same day but we do try to ensure they are. If not, they will be sent the following working day. Please do notify us if you haven’t received your order within three working days as this is unusual.

UK & Northern Ireland & Channel Islands - Standard Service

Postage & packing is free on orders over £20.00 within the UK and Northern Ireland.

On orders below £20.00, P&P is charged according to the weight of the order which is automatically calculated at checkout.

Delivery time within the UK and Northern Ireland is 2-3 working days.

UK - Next Day Service

Orders placed before 11am will be sent by courier for delivery the next day. Orders sent after this time will be sent by First Class guaranteed next day delivery. Please note that there is no Saturday delivery service so orders placed on a Friday will be delivered on Monday (which may be the same as the normal postal service).

Please do bear in mind that next day deliveries can arrive any time between 9am-7pm and a signature is required. This means that someone needs to be available to receive the package or instructions should be left as to where the package should be left. If no-one is available, the courier will endeavour to deliver the package the following day.

Republic of Ireland & Europe

P&P is calculated according to the weight of the order. The maximum charge (for orders over 1kg) is £7.50.

Delivery time is 2-3 working days.

Rest of the World

P&P is calculated according to the weight of the order. The maximum charge (for orders over 1kg) is £15.00.

Delivery time is 5-7 working days.
