Delivery charges and times

Our delivery (postage and packing or P&P) charges and usual despatch and delivery times are detailed below. Please view our Terms & Conditions to see our cancellation and returns/refunds policy.

Christmas

Orders placed up to 19 December will be delivered before Christmas. Orders placed after this time are not guaranteed to arrive before Christmas although we will do our best to ensure they are despatched quickly.

Despatch

We always work to process and despatch orders placed before 1pm Monday-Friday the same working day. We apologise that we cannot guarantee that orders placed after this time will be despatched the same day. They will be sent the following working day. Please do notify us if you haven’t received your order within three working days as this is unusual.

UK & Northern Ireland & Channel Islands - Standard Service

Postage & packing is free on orders over £20.00 within the UK and Northern Ireland.

On orders below £20.00, P&P is charged according to the weight of the order which is automatically calculated at checkout.

Delivery time within the UK and Northern Ireland is 2-3 working days.

UK - Next Day Service

We would like to make our customers aware that next day deliveries can arrive any time between 9am-7pm and a signature is required. This means that someone needs to be available to receive the package or instructions should be left as to where the package should be left. If noone is available, the courier will endeavour to deliver the package the following day.

We ask that you also note that orders placed on a Friday will be delivered Monday and there is no delivery on Saturdays or Sundays.

Republic of Ireland & Europe

P&P is calculated according to the weight of the order. The maximum charge (for orders over 1kg) is £7.50.

Delivery time is 2-3 working days.

Rest of the World

P&P is calculated according to the weight of the order. The maximum charge (for orders over 1kg) is £15.00.

Delivery time is 5-7 working days.
